Flexible booking (allows you to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before the embarkation for no specific reason. You can reschedule your holiday at no cost for unlimited number of times or use a credit note if you are uncertain of new charter dates. With our FLEX PLAN your rebooking costs are completely eliminated while cancellation costs with refund option are reduced to a minimum (15% of the charter fee, min 350 EUR). Extra bonus: free cancellation and FULL REFUND granted in case of closed state borders within 7 days before the embarkation. Licenses

Sailing and VHF radio license are required for sailing the boats in Croatia. Besides Croatian licenses the majority of international sailing certificates are accepted as well. If you or your crew members do not have the required certificates we can easily provide a skipper for you - you just need to add it as an optional extra to your booking. Security Deposit

€ 2.500 - refundable amount that is to be paid at the base in cash or credit card before the embarkation. It will be reimbursed to you at the disembarkation after the boat has been inspected and confirmed as undamaged.

Cancellation Conditions

Croatia Yachting offers a full refund for cancellations done within 48hr from the booking confirmation as long as confirmations are done up to 15 days prior to embarkation. Cancellation policy depends on the charter operator and will be presented to you in General T&C for your particular booking.
