By 1994, the inventories of the Taiwan shipyard had manufactured more than 60 premium motor yachts, which were in high demand in European nations.

The outbreak of hostilities during the Yugoslav conflict cost the corporation a considerable market share, therefore the release under the Yaretti brand was temporarily halted. In 2003, Walter Sigl Rene (Rene Sieglson )'s resumed the family business and established YHG Yachthandels, restoring the trademark.

Luxury yachts ranging in length from 15 to 25 meters are available. The majority of the company's output was a planning boat with a flybridge. The model has undergone comprehensive panoramic interior and exterior renderings, and the smooth lines of the corps have been sketched in the Italian manner.
