Set sail from Lastovo to the island of Šolta for about 4 hours. Anchor in the charming bay of Maslinica. Spend the day exploring the village, enjoying its serene beaches, and perhaps visiting a local olive oil producer. The island's Mediterranean climate, characterized by abundant sunshine and mild winters, provides ideal conditions for cultivating olive trees. The local variety, Oblica, is particularly prized for its robust flavor and high oil content. In the evening, dine at Martinis Marchi, a luxurious restaurant in a historic castle, that offers a unique and elegant dining experience. Make sure to taste Šolta Island’s olive oil, because it is celebrated for its distinct flavor, thanks to the island’s unique microclimate and traditional farming methods that date back to Roman times.
