Komiža is locally famous for its rich fishing heritage and traditional fishing methods, which have been passed down through generations. This unique aspect of the village makes it stand out from other coastal towns in Croatia. You can visit the local fisherman's market and witness the daily catch being brought in, or even try your hand at fishing yourself. Due to this, culinary scene on Komiža is brilliant and we recommend you to try local seafood dishes.
