The marina is open year round. It is located on the northern part of harbour, 500 meters from the town of Vrsar to the east. The settlement has a supermarket, shops, restaurants, post office and ATM-s.

Marina Vrsar has greater depths than most marinas in Istria and can thus accommodate larger yachts. It offers 220 berths in total for yachts up to 50 meters and in depths of up to 12.0 meters and is protected by a long breakwater.
