More direct flights to Croatia have been announced

We are excited to see that Split Airport has published a list of confirmed flights for following spring and summer season!
The largest number of destinations which will connect Split Airport with the rest of the world, will be with the domestic airline company, Croatia Airlines. The flights for Zagreb, Osijek, Rome, Munich and Zurich are already operated, and on Saturday, May 22, the first flight of this season will depart from the airport on the route Split - Zurich - Split.
Other airline companies
The second airline by the number of routes in the mentioned above is Eurowings. The company already operates on two routes, from Stuttgart and Düsseldorf, while from May 22 there will be three more active return lines: Hamburg, Cologne and Dortmund.
The British EasyJet currently has three routes to Split: from Basel, Berlin and Geneva. But the news is that from the May 22, Split will be connected with London Luton Airport.
Another Croatian private airline, Trade Air, ranking fourth in terms of the number of flights, is connecting Split with Rijeka, Dubrovnik and Pula, and via Pula and Osijek, throughout the year.
The Dutch KLM will continue to connect Split with Amsterdam, LOT Polish Airlines will continue to connect Split with Warsaw, Austrian Airlines with Vienna, Lufthansa with Munich and Frankfurt, and Smartwings with Prague. All those routes are already in traffic.
Resumed routes
Also new, are the first flights of this season, which will be introduced by two world airlines, the Latvian carrier Air Baltic, which will start operating between Riga and Split with a start on May 10, and the Dutch Transavia, which continues to operate on a seasonal route between Paris and Split will start on 14. May.
Split area is great way to start your sailing holiday, so it would be a shame not to use some of these frequent lines!
