The southern side of the island Vis hides this gem of natural beauty. In the most northern part of the bay, a natural “amphitheatre” has formed when the roof of a cave collapsed into the sea, leaving just the cliffs surrounding the bay. A narrow gap in the cliffs enables you to enter this “amphitheatre” with a tender and enjoy the view from the beach. The water at the anchorage is quite deep, 10 to 15 meters and the holding of the anchor is good. The bay can be busy at lunch time as it has become quite an attraction due to its impressive scenery.  The bay is not ideal for overnight stay, but if you decide to do just that, make sure that you run a line ashore as the area is quite constricted.
